How do I book a luxury villa for my clients?

When you're ready to book a luxury villa we'll provide you with a rental agreement. Once that is signed we can reserve the property for your clients' dates. 50% of the rental amount is paid upon booking with the remaining 50% remitted 60 days prior to travel. Additional concierge services purchased are payable 60 days before travel as well.

Finding a Property

It's easy to find a great property for your clients – just search our collection of luxury villas by location, guests, and budget. When you find the right property simply inquire by phone or email. Make sure to let us know you're a travel agent and to identify your clients' names so we know if they contact us themselves.

Quoting your Customer

A Reservations Manager will confirm availability, rates and your commission amount. We will advise you of any additional fees or charges that your clients will incur, like security deposits, cleaning fees, gratuities, etc. You can then give your customers the complete final price for their stay.
